Refund policy

Appearance

Please note the saturation & appearance of our dip powders will depend on your natural nails and individual application - Whilst we advise a manicure can last 3-5 weeks we cannot guarantee the strength of the colour or the length of time dip powder will last on your nails. Kindly note natural nail oil, direct sunlight and frequent hand washing can shorten the appearance and longevity of a dip powder manicure.

Photography/ Imagery

Whilst we do our upmost to ensure that the colour representation and description of all items shown are as accurate as possible, our products may differ slightly due to the photographic environment they are taken and transferring of images. Our product images are taken indoors in a studio with flash and lighting. 

Sensitivity Testing
Although reactions are rare it is recommended that a sensitivity test is done before using these our products to check against allergic/adverse reactions. Our products are designed to be applied to human nails only and should not be used on children, or pets. We advise against the use of any solvent based product whilst pregnant or breastfeeding without prior consultation with a medical professional.

Discounts

Please note, Powder Point discounts can not be used in conjunction with other discount codes or sale codes. Dipped UK has the right to decline and refund any order where discount codes have been used inappropriately. Discount stacking can not be used with any of our products.

Stock Levels

All items shown should be in stock as this is updated frequently, however during busy periods we cannot guarantee stock availability. We change and update our stock based on a seasonal basis and customer demand and therefore any item may be removed permanently without notice. Should a product be oversold, we will contact our customers directly as soon as possible to discuss our refund or exchange options. 

Liability

Dipped UK will not be held liable in the event of misuse of our products or for any adverse or unwanted results. A full list of ingredients can be found on the bottles or available upon request. All products are sold by weight (g) using 0.00g scales. Where sizes are given these are approximate. On occasion our jars might not look 'full' due to settling once potted or in transit. Our products are highly pigmented and if used improperly some staining of linen/clothes/ nails/ fingers etc. may occur as a result, these should be easily removed by regular washing and staining of sinks/baths etc. can also occur. Dipped will not be held responsible for any items stained by these polishes and dips.

Product Changes

Our products are made in small batches to ensure the best possible quality of product. As a result, variation in product may occur. Supplier and manufacturer changes may result in product differences and Dipped UK reserve the right to alter, increase price, remove or amend any product without prior notice.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any open products. Don't panic, we're online with 24/7/365 Ticket and Email Support. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Refunds

We can only process a refund if your item has not been shipped. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds can take 10 business days.
